1. Nature of Service
All services offered on this website are digital, customized, and delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated.
2. Delivery Method
Project delivery may be completed through one or more of the following methods:
- Live preview links
- Staging server access
- Email delivery
- Repository transfer
- Deployment on client hosting or server
- Admin panel or project handover documentation
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on project scope, number of pages, integrations, revisions, and the speed of client approvals. Typical timelines are:
- Landing page: 3 to 7 business days
- Business website: 7 to 15 business days
- Custom website or portal: 15 to 45 business days
- E-commerce website: 15 to 30 business days
4. Project Start Conditions
The project begins only after all of the following are completed:
- Advance payment is received
- Scope of work is finalized
- Required content, assets, and credentials are shared by the client
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for sharing content, images, branding assets, access credentials, approvals, and timely feedback. Delays from the client side may extend the delivery timeline.
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
Revisions are provided as per the selected package or agreed proposal. Additional revisions, new features, or changes beyond the approved scope may be billed separately and can affect the final timeline.
7. Delivery Completion
A project is considered delivered when any of the following occurs:
- Final files are shared with the client
- The website is deployed on the agreed environment
- The client approves the final preview
- The agreed milestone deliverable is completed
8. Post-Delivery Support
Support, maintenance, bug fixes, or training after delivery are provided only if included in the package or proposal. Otherwise, post-delivery work may be billed separately.
9. Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Incomplete client inputs
- Scope changes
- Delayed feedback or approvals
- Third-party platform or API downtime
- Hosting, domain, or server access issues
- Force majeure events
